How to Manage Prompt Folders
Prompt folders help you organise, share, and find your saved prompts. Group prompts by theme — such as "Hub Analysis", "MCT Changes", or "Company Planning" — to keep your workspace structured and make prompts easy for your team to discover.
Folder Types
Library Folder
- Available to all users from day one
- Contains curated prompts from Maestrow's team and user submissions
- Publicly accessible and updated regularly
Bookmark Folder
- Created automatically when you save your first prompt without selecting a folder
- Your private workspace — only visible to you
- Marked with a P to indicate private visibility
Folder Visibility
| Visibility | Who Can See It | What You Can Do |
|---|---|---|
| Private | Only you | Edit, delete |
| Public | Your colleagues | View, share, edit (if owner) |
Right-click on a folder to manage it. For public folders, the owner's name is displayed. If you are the owner, you can edit prompts inside.
