How to do a Comparison Report
A comparison report lets you compare two SSIM schedule updates to identify what has changed — new markets, removed routes, frequency changes, aircraft swaps, and more.
Specify the two datasets you want to compare and the information you are looking for.
note
If you are using private or shared SSIM files, reference them by their specific file name. See How to Manage Private Schedules for details.
Examples
Compare last week's update to this week and show new markets for a specific airline:
Compare last week's SSIM update with this week and show any new markets for QF.
Compare a specific date's update to the current SSIM:
Compare the SSIM update of 2025-01-01 to the current SSIM and show the route count change from AMS to MIA.
What You Can Compare
You can extract a wide range of differences between two SSIM datasets, including:
- New or removed markets
- Route count changes by origin or destination
- Frequency changes by airline or route
- Aircraft type changes
- Departure and arrival time changes
- Codeshare additions or removals
