How Maestrow Thinks

When you submit a prompt, Maestrow follows a structured process to transform raw schedule data into a clear, actionable response. Understanding this process helps you write better prompts and interpret results with confidence.

Schedule Ingestion and Normalization

Maestrow converts raw schedule feeds — SSIM, Worldwide, private and shared datasets, and internal exports — into a standardized format for analysis.

  • Parses schedule files (XML, CSV, SSIM) using ingestion scripts or Maestrow prompts
  • Normalizes fields such as flight numbers, equipment types, and time zones
  • Resolves inconsistencies including missing terminals, duplicate legs, and invalid codes
  • Applies regulatory filters such as DOT disclosure and codeshare flags

Indexing by Key Dimensions

Normalized data is organised into searchable structures across strategic dimensions, enabling fast filtering, targeted queries, and modular prompt execution.

  • O&D Market — True O&D, Region, Country
  • Carrier — Marketing vs. Operating
  • Flight Number Range — e.g. 100–199 for domestic, 9000+ for codeshare
  • Alliance and Codeshare Mapping
  • Day-of-Week and Seasonality
  • Aircraft Type and Capacity

Analysis Modules

Maestrow applies analytical logic to indexed data to surface insights relevant to your prompt.

  • Schedule Gaps — Identifies missing frequencies or underserved markets
  • Fleet Utilization — Matches aircraft types to route demand
    • Connection Mapping — Visualizes multi-leg journeys and hub flows
  • Regulatory Compliance — Flags flights missing DOT or EU disclosures
  • Competitor Overlap — Compares frequencies and timings across carriers

Output Generation

Results are delivered in formats optimised for decision-making and collaboration.

  • Viewer Layouts — Interactive dashboards with filters and drill-downs
  • Prompt Responses — Structured summaries for quick reference
  • Exportable Tables — CSV or markup-ready lists for SOPs or onboarding
  • Visual Assets — Maps, charts, or flow diagrams for presentations
